The Wadhwa Group of Companies was founded by Lucky Wadhwa, whose professional journey began in aviation. As a commercial pilot with 4,183 hours of flying experience, he developed a strong foundation in discipline, precision, leadership, and decision making under pressure.
After leaving aviation, Lucky moved to Singapore to expand his knowledge of technology and software. This transition marked the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey and led to the establishment of Auronex, his first technology venture. Under his leadership, Auronex continued to grow and later acquired NewWave Harbor, strengthening its capabilities and creating a solid foundation for future expansion.
What began as a single technology venture gradually evolved into the Wadhwa Group of Companies, a privately held conglomerate with interests across technology, logistics, real estate development, and sustainable agriculture.
